Welcome to your owners information portal, providing you with all the essential information for enjoying & maintaining your holiday home with us.

We hope this will help to keep you informed and easily bring you new information, so you don't miss any announcements. We will of course still be sending out regular communication to all owners via email, in addition to updating any new information here on your Owners Information Portal. Need to reach us? Please use our LIVE chat function on these pages, where you can speak with the Guest Experience team, ask them any questions you may have or alert us of any problems from the comfort of your own holiday home. Nothing is too much trouble, you just need to ask. They will be available 09:00 - 17:00. You can still leave them a message out of hours and they will get back to you as soon as they can!

Park Opening Dates

All our parks have a maximum 10 and a half to 11 month season.

Opening dates for our holiday parks vary per park, but are typically open for 11 months of the year. Here is a reminder of each park's opening dates...

Whilst your park is closed, day visits should be between 10am - 4pm and should be for essential maintenance/cleaning/checks only. The availability of park services such as water, electricity etc. can not be guaranteed.

  • The complex and facilities at both Oakdene & Shorefield will be closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day for our teams to enjoy time with their families
  • Oakdene Forest Park: Open from 1st February to 1st January
  • Forest Edge Holiday Park: Open from 5th February to 5th January
  • New Forest Lodge Retreat: Open from 1st February to 31st December
  • Shorefield Country Park: Open from 10th February to 5th January
  • Swanage Coastal Park: Open from 1st March to 5th January
  • Wilksworth Caravan Park: Open from 1st March to 15th January
  • Merley Court Holiday Park: Open from 7th February to 7th January

Park Passes for 2025

To access facilities across parks your guests will need one of our new digital park passes. There are two options for you as an owner:

Choose to purchase our Holiday Home Ambassador Seasonal Subletting Membership: This will cover ALL your sublet guests, family and friends for the whole season, (01 January to 31 December) meaning your guests won't have to individually pay for passes to access all the facilities. (you will then need to register their details online prior to their stay so that they may obtain their digital passes).

Alternatively your guests can individually register for and purchase a park pass themselves: Pass prices will vary depending on season, length of stay and the number of people. You can check the pass price list here.

  • Pay a one off fee of £685 to cover ALL your guests
  • Safer digital passes with no need for physical touch points
  • Reducing waste by eliminating physical cards

Our Wi-Fi Services

As a Holiday Home Owner you will either have access to our VIP wireless network, or your own dedicated Private Network.

Dining at Shorefield & Oakdene

We strongly recommend downloading our Shorefield Eats app & linking your loyalty account before your visit. That way, you’re all set to receive your discount from your first order. Don't have a smartphone? No problem! Just ask a member of the team when on the premises and we can assist. You can even register up to 10 family and friends for discounts in our bars and restaurants!

You should have received an email (to the primary account holder's email address) with all the details for registering your Ambassador's discount to the new food ordering app. If you haven't received this or are having issues, please be sure to contact a member of our teams who will be more than happy to help.

Want to register a friend or family member for discounts in our bars and restaurants? Simply register their details using this form. As a reminder, you can register up to 10 family and friends.

Our table service, via our app, allows you to order drinks and snacks directly to your table, so no queuing! Simply order, pay, sit back and we will take care of the rest. Please note, our Shorefield Eats app is different to our Shorefield Holidays app, which contains useful park information and booking for the facilities.

Exclusive Owners' Events

Our owner events offer a great chance to meet fellow owners and our team.

We host two main events each year at Oakdene Forest Park and Shorefield Country Park: the start of season and end of season parties. To book your place at Oakdene parties, please email od.events@shorefield.co.uk. For Shorefield events, you can reserve your spot here.

Additionally, our ownership team hosts smaller gatherings throughout the year at the Sales Office at both Oakdene and Shorefield. These events provide a great opportunity to meet other owners and the ownership team. You can find these events listed on our owners' event calendar below, and there's no need to book—just come along!

As one of our valued holiday home ambassadors, we want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your Shorefield experience to the fullest. Whether you’re planning your next stay or looking for tips on making the most of your holiday home, our FAQs cover everything from park facilities to subletting queries. Take a look below – and if there’s something you can’t find, our friendly team is always just a call or message away.

  • We find that more and more purchasers now are not just only thinking of how the holiday park could work for them but also for their children, grandkids and friends. You will receive Ownership passes that can be allocated to these so they can either come and visit you when you are at your holiday home or use it when you are busy and cannot make it down.

  • At any point you can upgrade your holiday home, or sell it if you no longer wish to be an owner. We can assist you with the sale, or viewings you may have, or even offer to buy it from you.

  • Our Merley Court park now offers Residential Licences, so if you are looking for a park home that you can live in all year round, please get in touch here.

    All our other parks have holiday park licences, therefore they cannot be used to live on (Residential), but you can mainly come and go as and when you like during the 10 - 11 months (depending on the park) we are open. Our parks are subject to a 56 day maximum length of stay, with at least 7 days where you will need to be off park prior to returning. Typically, our parks are closed early January to early February.

  • Our holiday home caravans and lodges are a lifestyle option and are intended to be enjoyed over an extended period of years, we would never recommend a buyer to proceed if they intended to re-sell the holiday caravan after only a brief period, as it would be very unlikely that you would achieve the price paid initially, similar to that when purchasing a new car.
